FAQ's

  • Can I order an item that is out of stock in my size?
    Yes, you can order an item in your size that is out of stock. Each piece is hand made, therefore the ordered item can take up to 8-10 weeks.
  • CanI make changes to my order after it has been placed?
    Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. Please contact us immediately at info@vandervelde.com for any changes. Our service line is also available at 815-277-2511.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. There are a few exceptions.
  • Will my information be shared with third parties.
    Absolutely not! We only use your information to process your order properly and update you on current specials or new items at your email address.
  • How long before my order is shipped?
    Orders generally ship the next business day after the order is placed.
  • Will I have to pay import duties if I'm ordering internationally?
    All orders are shipped without the extra duties, VAT and taxes. You will have to pay these upon delivery. Van Der Velde is not able to adjust the cost for these additional fees.
  • What if my package is lost or stolen?
    Van Der Velde is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once shipped to the provided shipping address that was provided at checkout.
