SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day

  • As soon as your order is processed and packaged you will receive an email providing your tracking number.

  • Some countries may require duties and tariffs to be paid upon delivery. Please check your countries requirements.

  • Someone must be available to sign for your package. A total of three attempts will be made and a signature card left behind if applicable. 

  • Avond's customer care center is available by phone (815) 277-2511 or email at info@vandervelde.com during regular business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free returns for all of our Avond purchases. The standard delivery fee will be refunded on the return of the WHOLE order. Products can be returned with 14 days of the original delivery date. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with the quality of the product please contact our customer service. Please see the return exclusions below:

  • Damaged, worn, altered or laundered items will not be accepted.

  • All items MUST have original labels still attached.

  • Discounted or sale items.

  • Items that have make-up, self tanner, lipstick, deodorant or any other type of perfume or beauty product.

  • Custom orders.

  • Any other reason Avond may believe the item has been used.

  • All returns or exchanges MUST be in original selling condition.

Returns or exchanges that do NOT meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. 

All reruns and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of the items return to Avond.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Once the return is approved, a credit will be issued to the to the original payment method.
